ORDER PROCESSING

Our pieces are made to order and handcrafted, ensuring the highest quality, minimizing  waste, and supporting environmental consciousness. Therefore, all orders are processed and dispatched within 1-5 business days from the purchase date. This timeframe includes the creation of your item(s).

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Please be aware that during high-volume periods such as promotional sales, restocks, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.

 

USA SHIPPING

All domestic orders are shipped from New York via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Below are the estimated delivery timeframes for the shipping services we offer. Please note that these timeframes do not include the time needed for processing.

Standard: Free for orders over $100 / 2–5 business days.

Priority Mail: Calculated at checkout / 1–3 business days.

Priority Mail Express: Calculated at checkout / Next-day to 2-day.

Please note, for all shipping options, delivery timeframes may vary depending on the destination. We encourage you to refer to the final estimated delivery timeframe provided at checkout.

For orders placed with Priority Mail Express, we strive to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and dispatched on the next business day. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped from New York via UPS Worldwide Expedited. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Delivery, after processing, typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that these timeframes are estimates, and exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed for international shipments.

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, and additional charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included at checkout total and are the responsibility of the customer. They must be paid by the customer upon delivery and can vary by country. Rodela cannot be held responsible for these charges or any shipping delays that may occur due to customs processing. 

 

RESPONSIBILITY DISCLAIMER

Once a package has been confirmed as delivered by the courier, it is considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer. Rodela cannot be held liable for packages that are lost, stolen or missing once they have been confirmed as delivered by the courier. 

To help ensure the secure delivery of your order, we strongly recommend selecting a safe and reliable shipping location. If you would like your package to require a signature upon delivery, please include this request in the order notes when placing your order. Kindly note that this option cannot be added once the order has been processed or shipped.

 

UNDELIVERABLE, MISSING OR DELAYED ITEMS

If a package is undeliverable, the carrier may return it to us. We encourage our customers to carefully review their shipping addresses before placing an order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are here to help. You can choose to have it reshipped or opt for a refund through our standard return process once we receive it back at our facility. Please note that a re-shipping fee may apply.
