Return Policy
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To ensure a seamless process, please initiate your return and send the item back to us within this 14-day timeframe. Below, you'll find specific conditions for different types of items.
FULL-PRICED ITEMS
Items purchased at full price, including those purchased with a 10% welcome offer, are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method, minus any shipping fees.
SALE ITEMS
Items purchased with discount codes or during promotional sales are eligible for store credit. This credit, minus any shipping fees, is valid for one year from the issue date and can be used towards any purchase from our website.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items discounted by 50% or more, custom pieces, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or credited.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unworn, unused, and undamaged condition, and must be returned in the original packaging, including the shipping box, to ensure secure delivery.
Rodela reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these stated conditions, fall outside the 14-day timeframe, or have not received prior authorization.
INITIATING A RETURN
Please email info@shoprodela.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number, name, email address, and a brief description of your return request. Upon approval, we will send you return instructions. Please make sure your items are securely packaged in their original packaging and include the shipping packing slip to ensure a smooth return process.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. While we do not provide return labels, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure your items arrive safely. Please note that we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit. Returns will be promptly processed upon receipt of the returned products, along with proof of delivery, and after confirming they meet our return requirements.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, additional fees, and return shipping costs associated with their orders. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will need to manage and cover the return process. We do not currently provide return shipping costs or labels for any customers, including international orders.
When returning items, please ensure they comply with our return requirements and include proof of delivery. Kindly note that duties and taxes paid at customs to clear delivery are non-refundable, and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items disposed of by customs or deemed undeliverable due to unpaid customs fees.
REFUNDS
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after approval and credited back to the original payment method, minus any shipping fees. Note that your bank may require additional time to process the refund.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are processed by issuing store credit for the returned item, which can then be used to purchase a new item. To qualify for an exchange, items must meet all return conditions.
